Thermal Waste Treatment, Incineration & Oxidation Systems

Thermal treatment of wastes has become the environmentally safe and efficient method of disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste steams worldwide. JuNeng NigLtd offers a complete product line of Thermal Oxidation/Incineration Systems including Direct-Fired, Recuperative, Regenerative, Catalytic, Waste Incinerators and Waste to Energy Systems.

JuNeng NigLtd with our international Joint Venture (JV) partners from Europe and Asia, uses only the best quality components and materials for all of our thermal oxidizers/incinerators to help eliminate unnecessary downtime and to maximize the life of the product. In regard to specific requirements of our Clients, we can provide custom solutions which are both competitive and efficient.

Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizers / Incinerators

JuNeng NigLtd’s Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizers/Incinerators are simplest combustion devices that uses natural draft or forced draft burners and designed to maintain a specific destruction temperature and residence time to ensure thorough destruction efficiencies (98-99.99%). A FIRECAT system precisely monitors and controls the flow of air, assist gas, in order to obtain prescribed temperatures in the combustion chamber.

Standard systems are fully integrated and pre-packaged with:  Air and process heat exchangers, Low NOx burner, Programmable logic control system and burner management systems. Destruction efficiencies up to 99.9% can be achieved. 

Recuperative Thermal Oxidizers / Incinerators

JuNeng NigLtd’s recuperative thermal oxidizers are complex incineration systems that are designed to destroy volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants that are emitted from various processes.

These oxidizers include heat recovery modules to preheat combustion air and incoming waste process stream to minimize fuel consumption for economical operation.

Primary advantage of the unit is low emissions and efficient combustion efficiency with low fuel consumption. Destruction efficiencies up to 99.9% can be achieved.

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers / Incinerators

JuNeng NigLtd’s regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO) are designed to provide maximum thermal efficiency while maintaining effective VOC/HAP. JuNeng NigLtd’s RTOs are equipped with engineered high efficiency heat recovery beds for high heat recovery thus operating on very low fuel consumption. These systems are used in low solvent loading with high exhaust flow rates. 

Standard systems are fully integrated and pre-packaged with:  Programmable logic control system for efficient operation and integrated burner management, NFPA 86 compliant gas train systems, High cycle dampers, Modular bed design, and Two canister or three canister designs.

Catalytic Thermal Oxidizers / Incinerators

JuNeng NigLtd’s Catalytic Thermal Oxidizers/Catalytic Incinerators are designed to destruct hazardous air pollutants and volatile organic compounds in an effective manner. Basic design utilizes a catalyst to promote oxidation of the compounds and destruction is achieved at a lot lower temperature (600° F – 800° F) than a direct thermal oxidizer (1400° F – 1800° F).

Destruction efficiencies up to 99.9% can be achieved. Primary advantage of JuNeng NigLtd’s catalytic oxidizer is lower fuel requirements thus reducing the overall emission footprint. 

Our systems are designed to provide maximum destruction efficiency and are tailored to meet the process conditions.  Our systems are designed to include any heat recuperation as necessary and heat recuperation is basically a recuperative or regenerative type depending upon the process requirements. 

Standard systems are fully integrated and pre-packaged with:  Industrial grade catalyst, Low NOx burner, Programmable logic control system and burner management systems, and NFPA 86 compliant gas train systems.

Waste Incineration Systems

JuNeng NigLtd’s also provides specialty/custom incineration systems that are engineered and tailored to suit the end user process and waste requirements. Below are some of our specialty incineration systems: 

  • Liquid thermal incineration systems – thermal oxidation systems for liquid wastes and fuels,
  • Solid waste incineration systems – thermal oxidation systems to handle solid medical & municipal wastes,
  • Liquid & solid waste hybrid incinerator systems – which is specifically designed in order to operate on the controlled air pyrolytic principle of the combustion of solid and liquid waste.
  • Flue gas ash handling systems – for handling ash or inert solids in gaseous or solid waste incinerators.
  • Waste-to-energy – All our waste incinerators have a wide range of options such as electricity using our Waste to Energy Systems, hot water and hot air from our Heat Exchangers. Commercial and Industrial waste streams can be incinerated and the waste air used to run these various processes.

Waste to Energy Systems
