For acid gas removal of HCL, HF, SOX, H2S (hydrogen sulfide), Cl2, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, and other acid gases, JuNeng NigLtd offers its GP Series Packed Tower Scrubbers, Dry Scrubbers, Sorbent Injection Systems, and CarbonPure Adsorption Systems. 

JuNeng NigLtd’s GP Series Packed Tower Scrubbers are well suited for many acid gas removal applications, including common contaminants such as HCl, HF, and H2S. GP packed tower scrubbers maximize absorption of acid gases through proper design based on up-front modeling and use of high-efficiency low-loss packing. GP Series scrubbers offer corrosion- and temperature-resistant construction, with vertical, horizontal, and multi-stage units available.

JuNeng NigLtd offers four technologies for oil mist control, condensed hydrocarbon fumes, aerosols, overspray, and other condensed fumes: Ultra High-Efficiency Filter (UHF®) systems, VP Series venturi scrubbers and thermal and catalytic oxidation systems. 

For the vast majority of oil mist control applications, JuNeng NigLtd’s Ultra High-Efficiency Filter (UHF) system is ideally suited, offering lower capital, control efficiency of up to 99.9%, and substantially lower operating and maintenance costs. The UHF system offers simultaneous high-efficiency removal of the oil/condensed fume aerosol and any solid particulate matter, without any plugging problems at all, providing consistent air flow/process ventilation, no process downtime for filter replacement, and extremely low maintenance costs.

Many industrial processes and other stationary sources discharge visible emissions to atmosphere. Such visible emissions, or opacity, are caused by fine particulate matter and aerosol in the exhaust; the smaller the particle size, the greater the opacity. The fine particulate and aerosol emissions may be solid phase particulate, condensed (i.e., liquid) phase particulate, or a combination of both.

JuNeng NigLtd’s Ultra High-Efficiency Filter (UHF) systems are ideal for opacity removal and have been used for same in many different industries. The UHF system uses a proven design to remove very fine particulate, both condensed and solid phase, including oil mist, smoke, haze, and condensed acid mists (e.g., H2SO4), with control efficiency of up to and in excess of 99% including sub-micron size particulate.
